The agricultural cooperative “Maslina i vino” was founded in 2006 in Ravni Kotari with the aim of making superior-quality products through viticulture, olive-growing and figs within the framework of the project “Tri gracije”. They started planting the vineyards from 2007 to 2009 on an area of 11 hectares with 50,000 vines of Croatian and French grape varieties. The expected yearly production is 70,000 bottles.
If you take a stroll through the eco plantation, you’ll reach the new vineyards where you’ll find three white grape varieties Maraština, Yellow Muscat and Chardonnay, as well as six red ones and they are Crljena, Babić, Plavina, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Years of hard work have made olives, wine and figs to become synonyms for agricultural tourism.
