All of those who are afraid that they will be left hungry in the “fancy and shmancy” restaurants, where food is served on big plates and is decorated with a lot of attention, while the portions are relatively small, should visit Dubravkin Put. The first two courses, a deliciously sour wild garlic cream soup sprinkled with a little cream, and perfectly baked sardines on a stick, placed on greens, and served with lemon were honestly not abundant, but there was enough food in order to struggle later to finish a delicious dessert with carrot and soft cheese similar to mascarpone, tasty ice cream, ground nuts, and a few yellow and purple flowers. All three courses could be compared to spring days spent in nature. The soup was a walk through woods, sardines sailing in light winds, and the dessert a sunny meadow.

Although it is not polite to look at other people’s plates, it should be noted that the fish soup looked tempting and rich, as well as the risotto, and veal cheeks in dark sauce looked perfectly soft.
At the beginning, together with the usual water, a glass of sparkling wine was offered and joyously accepted. According to the sommelier profession, no wine accompanied the soup, and the wines offered with the main courses were appropriate and during the meals were discreetly poured.

Quite expensive wines are offered by the glass, which is nice, from a long and diverse wine list that includes the majority of the most important Croatian wine producers, whilst the offer from other wine countries is good as well.
It was pleasant at departure, too. The final impression was very pleasant, and without that sleepy feeling. It seems that the plates and glasses had just enough of everything.

The great respect of the ingredients and their quality, as well as the harmony and purity of flavours are the main characteristics of the modern interpretation of this restaurant’s kitchen.
The offer for lunch is simpler and it changes every few weeks, while the dinner menu includes more complex dishes and with the à la carte offer you can enjoy one of our tasting menus that will be carefully ideated and prepared by the chef Priska Thuring.
We are proud of our wine list, which has several hundred thoroughly selected home and international wines, and which was created and is being constantly updated by the sommelier Tihomir Purišić and the restaurant’s manager Marko Rundek.
